AbstractThrough analyses the article holds that developing tourism is an important way to raise the utility efficiency of forests,protect ecological environment and realize the strategy of continuous development,and therefore setting up the forest parks and developing forest ecological tourism is an advantageous item undertaken by the forestory departments to carry out the tradimentional development and comprehensive utilization of forests by changing ideas,deeping the reform and utilizing the resources of their own to offer to the society high quality tourism environment.The author holds that only under the precondition of protecting the forest landscape resources can the forest parks assume the continuous development by means of adopting active measures,reducing the pollution sources,and streng then the supervisory tests of environmental quality,and that the forest parks should be divided into different functional and scenic areas;and the construction of the forest parks should lay emphasis on the maintenance of the originality and completeness of the forests.
