AbstractThe competition in the market economy must be based on the standardization and law abiding,and under the macroscopic control by the government as well.The macroscopic control can play its normal role only on the law abiding and standardized market.At the beginning of the market economy,the unjustifiable competitions are unavoidable,as such competitions originated from some of the negative factors in traditional culture.In recent years,such unjustifiable competitions on China′s tourism market have developed to the worrying degree and must be put an end to.However,in view of the retarded check of the fundamental causes,it is neccessary to adopt the decisive method of “cutting the disordered string ball with one stroke” so as to put the market in order.Besides, the tourist activities are a complicated social phenomenon,and so it needs a reasonable scientific attitude to recognize and treat it.
