摘要
根据静电照相直接制版对光导材料的要求,以苯乙烯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸为单体,按不同配比合成出成膜树脂St-AA和St-MAA。通过分别测试它们的酸值、碱水溶解性和静电带电性,确定出当St与AA和St与MAA配料的摩尔比在1.5∶1到1∶1之间时,成膜树脂的碱水溶解性较好,静电带电性能也较好。
To meet the needs of photoconductive materials used in the process of xerographic direct platemaking,this article describes the use of two series of co polymers St AA and St MAA,synthesised by co polymerisation of styrene monomer and hydrophilic acrylic monomers (acrylic acid or methacrylic acid)which varies with reactant mole rate.By determining the acid value,xerographic charging property and solubility characteristics in basic aqueous solution,it follows that thin co polymer films have good solubility in basic aqueous solution and relative higher xerographic charging voltage at the same time when the reactant mole rate between St.and AA or St.and MAA falls in the range from 1.5∶1 to 1∶1.
