本文利用因素分析法，找出在推铅球的教学中专项素质之间、专项技术之间、专项素质与专项技术之间的关系，寻求规律性，以提高教学训练质量。
With the method of factors analysis, the paper finds out therelations between the specific qualities and specific techniques aimmingat exploring the regularities and improving the effects in teaching andtraining.
