摘要
本文运用系统分析方法,将师资培训、课程设计、教学方法、成绩考核四项基本要素进打总体研究,促使诸要素之间产生最佳协同效应,从而放大到课程体系的整体功能,为培养跨世纪“复合型”体育教师人才提供理论依根。
With the method of systematic analysis,the paper makesa whole study on the four basic elements of teachers training, course plan,teaching methods and assessments of studentsI achievements aimming at makingthem to work in best cooperation with each other and then improving thewhole course system. The study will provide a theoretieal basis for thetraining of the qua1ified PE teachers in the coming years.
