过度训练对大鼠血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽水平的影响 被引量:37

摘要 对SD大鼠进行游泳训练建立过度训练模型。实验结果:经过不同强度的游泳训练后,过度训练组血浆ET(内皮素)的含量(204.76±26.12pg/ml)显著高于对照组(17.89±40.03pg/ml);血浆CGRP(降钙素相关肽)含量(84.06±28.69pg/ml)显著低于对照组(142.30±40.40pg/ml)和一般训练组(151.41±81.79 pg/ml);ET/CGRP(2.71±0.96)显著高于对照组(1.65±1.10)和一般训练组(1.76±0.96)。一般训练组血浆ET、CGRP和ET/CGRP与对照组相比,虽然有所上升,但无显著性差异。结果表明:过度训练可使机体分泌ET增多,而分泌CGRP减少;过度训练导致ET和CGRP的分泌失调,可能是过度训练引起运动性高血压的病理生理机制,动态观察血浆ET和CGRP对过度训练的诊断与预防有一定的指导意义。 Overload training model was established based on swimming training of SD rats to explore the effects of overtraining on the secretion of endothelia(ET)and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) of rats. Results were as follows: after swimming training in different intensities, the plasma ET concentration (204. 76 ±26. 12 pg/ml, n = 11) in overload training group was significantly higher than that in control group (172. 89±40. 03 pg/ml,n= 10) ;the plasma CGRP concentration (84. 06±28. 69 pg/ml, n=11) was significantly lower than those of control group (142. 30±40. 40 pg/ml, n=10) and general training group (151. 41±81. 79 pg/ml, n = 10);while the ratio of ET and CGRP in overload training group (2. 71±0. 96) was significantly higher than that in control group (1. 65 ± 1. 10) and general training group (1. 76±0. 96); compared with control group, ET and CGRP concentration and their ration in general training group increased in a narrow range but with no significant difference. It was indicated that overload training may promote the secretion of ET while restrain the secretion of CGRP, which may cause a secreting dislocation of ET and CGRP, becoming the pathophysiological mechanism for hypertension. Dynamic observation of plasma ET and CGRP has some guiding significance to the diagnosis and prevention of overload training.
