摘要
通过对北京和香港2009名青少年学生进行的问卷调查结果所做的分析,发现他们普遍存在心理压力的困扰,而造成心理压力的主要诱因是考试、学业、个人前途、家庭和金钱等。通过对比分析可看出香港青少年受心理压力的困扰程度略高于北京,而经常参加体育运动的青少年,其心理压力困扰的程度又明显低于不经常参加者。研究认为,经常而合理地参加体育运动有利于青少年心理的健康发展。
After analysis of a questionnaire test among 2009 young students in Beijing and Hong Kong, it was found that disturbances caused by mental stress existed commonly among youth in these two cities. The main inducements of these mental pressures were examination, study, personal future, family and money etc. Comparative analysis showed that mental disturbance of youth in Hong Kong was slight heavier than that in Beijing. For those participating physical activities regularly, they were less affected by mental problems than those who did not participate physical activities regularly. It was concluded that regular participation of physical activities was benefit to healthy mental development of youth.
