摘要
对于在运动中进行作业而作业对象非匀速运行的系统而言,为了协调各子系统的节奏,必须有一个统一的系统时钟,使工作主机和作业对象均按同一节拍运行,自动同步装置即是为此目的而研制的。本装置已用于东风系列驾驶室多品种混流机器人自动喷漆生产线“七五”攻关项目,性能稳定可靠,是机器人自动喷涂系统得以正常运行的关键相关设备。
In order to coordinate each sub-systim's actions in the case that the system is in operation and the ipperated objects move non-uniform ly.we must have a uniform system clock so that ma nipulators and operating objects can work in unifrom rhythm.We have developed the auto-syn chronous-device for this purpose.This device has been used in muvti-varity mixed flow robot auto-spray-painting production line of Dong Feng driver's cab series(The 7th 5 years plan's project),whose performances are stable and reliable.It is a key related device that ensures robot auto-spray-painting system work smoothly.
