摘要
本文对夸克等人提出的“代理代词”这一语法术语进行了探讨，论述了这类代词的概念、特征、分类，它与名词词组的关系及相互位置，它所替代的结构，它与指代词的区别。
AbstractThis article deals with what Quirk et al term “Proxy Pronouns”. It gives the definition of the proxy pronoun, discusses its features, its categories, its relationship and relative position with the noun phrase, the structures it can substitute, its differences with coreference pro forms and its uses.
