随着社会经济的发展，“养儿防老”的家庭养老的传统习惯正在发生变化，为了适应这种变化，海南省农村应及时地建立起社会养老保险制度；建立海南省农村社会养老保险制度应遵循因地制宜、以个人缴费为主、坚持低标准的保障。

To adapt to those changes, Hainan rural areas should establish a social endowment system accordingly. Furthermore, the founding of such a system should adhere to the following principles: 1.
