Yang Pu:How to Efficiently Invite Outside Investment to Make Rapid Advance

洋浦经济开发区的投资环境建设已初具规模、日益完善；但是洋浦的招商工作却步伐缓慢、成效不大。洋浦应当把“带动海南经济发展”作为招商工作的指导方针，以高技术高标准高效益为基点，大胆地创造性地开拓招商工作的新局面。

:Yang Pu, as an economic development zone, is just beginning to takeshape on the construction of investment environment and improves it increasingly. However, itsspeed of inviting outside investment seems slow and achieves little. This paper argues thatYang Pu should take promoting the economic development of Hainan as its guiding principle ofinviting outside investment and on the basis of advanced technology, high standard and betterbenefits drastically and creatively open up a new prospect of the work on inviting outside investment.[
