As a new pioneering notion generated in the new age, Deng Xiaopings theory regarding the reform is a great contribution to scientific socialism. His scientific thesis that “reform means bringing about a second revolution in China” has greatly developed the theory which combines the basic principles of Marxism with the practice of Chinese revolution. The Theory is very important for the guidance of the Chinese people in liberating and developing the productive forces and constructing the Chinese style socialism.
