摘要
本文系统地分析了我国海外投资的发展绩效。并针对我国海外投资的风险。
This paper studies the Chinese investment overseas in a systematical way. In view of the risk of our countrys overseas investment, the authors advance a series of legal countermeasures which can protect and promote our overseas investment.
