摘要
我国目前劳动力人口严重过剩,而劳动就业岗位紧缺,形成供大于求的局面。本文认为,在我国就业制度改革中实行家庭单职工制较为合理,即一个家庭原则上只允许夫妇中的一人就业。这样可以合理分配社会就业岗位,进而稳定社会,提高劳动生产率,并做到劳动就业队伍年龄上的自然更替。本文就此作了一些初步的理论探讨。
There is a surplus of working force and a shortage of posts in China now. The author of this paper thought it reasonable for each family to have one member, either husband or wife, employed in order that working opportunity be evenly distributed, the social stability reinforced, the working efficiency improved and the working power naturally developed instructure. The article is a preliminary research for the purpose of creating a model of employment suitable for the reality of China now.
