论国有中小企业改革

The Reformation of the Small and Media Size Stateowned enterprises

国有中小企业在社会经济总量中占有半壁江山，它经营业绩的好坏对经济活动的影响是不容忽视的。从目前来看，国家对中小企业地位的认识还存在着模糊观念，对中小企业改革支持不够。笔者认为，应把国有中小企业的改革作为我国国有企业改革的突破口，根据各地的具体情况分析对策。

The stateowned enterprises of small and medium size possess half of the total economy, and their economic benefits bear great effect on economic activities. As matters stand, the government still takes an equivocal attitude of confirmation concerning the status of these enterprises and doesnt attach enough importance to the relationship of the reformation between big and small medium, or enough support to the latter, which restricts their smooth development. Different cases in different places should be analyzed in order to find out a mode which tallies with our national conditions for the stateowned enterprises of both small and medium sizes.
