论通货膨胀与商业银行及其法律机制

On inflation and the Commercial Banks and their Legal System

通货膨胀作为一种现代货币现象，与现代银行的运行机制密切相关。商业银行在其运营中有产生和抑制通货膨胀的双重功能。本文通过对通货膨胀与我国商业银行现状的分析，提出了改组现有专业银行为具有独立法人地位的现代金融公司，并健全和完善保障商业银行正常运转的法律机制。

As a phenomenon of modern currency, inflation has been closely related with the system of operation of modern banks. in their operation, Commercial banks both produce and bring down currency inflation.Through an analysis of inflation as a phenomenon and the current situation of commercial banks in China, this article puts forward a concept of reorganizing the present specialized bank in the modern financial companies possessing an independent status of a legal person, as well as improving and perfecting the legal system which ensures the normal operation of the commercial banks, hence the bringing down of currency inflation.
