试论我国证券内幕交易立法的完善

On the Perfection of Chinas Inside Stock Trading Legislation

通过法律规制证券内幕交易是证券市场正常运作的必然要求，许多国家都制定了较完善的证券交易法。本文通过对一些国家有关内幕交易立法的比较，提出我国应该在借鉴国外立法的基础上。

To legally standardize the inside stock trading is the requirement of stock markets for their good working. Relatively perfect laws of stock trading have been drawn up in many countries. Comparing with the stock trading laws of other countries, the author proposed that the state learn from foreign laws and further improve Chinas legislation of inside stock trading.
