论金代的三省制度

On the Three Province System of the Jin Dynasty

金代三省制的雏形出现于太宗统治时期，而在全国推行则在熙宗即位之后。熙宗朝三省制度取自唐、宋、辽三朝，又将女真传统制度纳入其中，具有鲜明的时代与民族特征。近年来的研究多着重探讨太宗年间的三省制，对熙宗朝制度的研究不仅极少，而且多与海陵以后一省制度混为一谈。本文力图从金代三省制度形成、发展的实际出发，探讨其机构的设置与运作特点。

Abstract The reform of Three Province System of the Jin dynasty started in the 4th year of the Tian Hui era, and had been established during the Emperor Xi Zong. It reformed the systems of the Tang, Song and Liao Dynasties, meanwhile absorbed the traditional system of Nü Zhen. But it had still not set up absolute authority of feudal monarch, big Lords had been in power unitedly. At that time the officials of Nü Zhen had doubles status: they were both fedual officials and slave owners of the clan. It shows that the Three Province System still had traces that emerged just from the womb of slave society.
