摘要
十五世纪"领海"概念刚在欧洲海权国家萌芽时,岛屿作为海防的安全屏障,理所当然享有同大陆领土相同的法律地位,岛屿所有国向海划界并不构成问题。到本世纪40年代以后,随着沿海国家对大陆架享有主权权利的主张迅速发展。
