On Economic Benefits and Political Effects

利益效用是主体通过一定的社会关系对其希望获得或已获得的利益在主观认识上的价值判断。它与主体所处的环境和主观判断能力有关。政治效应是主体因受利益效用的刺激而在政治行为上所产生的反应。其反应过程是从政治动机到政治态度再到政治行为。政治行为能力与政治效应的结局成正比例关系。利益效用与政治效应呈现出动态的发展变化的关系，具体表现为：利益效用的异同性导致政治效应的差异性；利益效用的递增性导致政治效应的持续性；利益的边际效用导致政治效应的转化性；理想的利益效用产生现实的政治效应。

Economic benefits are the value evaluations of the subject on economic interests he has obtained or is hoping to obtain which are related to the subject's surroundings and evaluating ability. Political effects are the reflections of the subject on political actions which are caused by economical benefits, and the reflective process is from political motivation to attitude then to action. The relation between economic benefits and political effects is showing in a changing and developing pattern. At present, the study of the issues is with theoretic significance and practical effects in the process of the construction of socialist market economy.
