怎样看待我国私营经济─—学习邓小平同志经济理论的一些体会

Reflections on China's Privately Owned Economy:Insights from Learning Deng Xiaoping's Economic Theory

按照邓小平的经济理论，根据我国社会主义初级阶段实际，要正确看待私营经济，既不要有“恐资病”，也不要犯“崇资病”。私营经济成份姓“资”不姓“社”，判断依据不要把改革开放成败标准和经济成份性质标准混同，市场主体和社会经济基础混同。私营经济的补充地位不能单纯看数量比重，要在不同产业领域有所差别。在社会主义市场经济条件下，私营企业同公有制企业一样要在市场平等竞争中发展，不能靠政府“优惠”生存。坚持公有制为主体、多种经济成份共同发展，以发展我国社会生产力。

According to Deng Xiaoping's economic theory, we should take right attitude to the privately owned economy, and should not judge it by the standard of capitalism or socialism. At present, the privately owned economy in our country is the result of refrom,and should be judged by the standard of success or failure of the reorm but not the standard of the nature of econmy. As publicly owned enterprises, private enterprises can only survive and develop themselves in the market competition, they can not rely on government's support to survive. We should adhere to the principle that let publicly owned economy play the major role in socialist market economy, and also let diversified economy mutually develop in it, to promote the develpoment of our country's social productive forces.
