高等教育发展误区的经济学剖析——一般理论及其对台湾等的应用分析

Some problems in higer education development:an economic perspective

本文依据经济学的一般理论,论证高等教育的发展应该选择符合本国经济发展实际的模式,防止高等教育滞后,即高等教育与经济发展处于低水平均衡或高等教育过度,即出现教育失业与智力外流。理想的高等教育发展模式应由经济发展对人力的需求去引导高等教育对人力的供给。

The paper holds that the development of higher education may find its guiding principles in the general theory of economics. To achieve a proper balance,the development of higher e-ducation should fit in with the needs of economic progress. Ideally,the output of higher education graduates regularly meets the demand of the labour market for a nation's economic development. Such a model makes it possible to avoid both backwardness in and overdevelopment of higher education,thus curbing intellectual outflow and unemployment due to improper educational progress.
