青蒿琥酯、吡喹酮治疗皮下包块型肺吸虫病疗效的观察

Thg Observation of Artesanate and Praziquantel on Treatment Effects of Subcutaneous Mass Paragonimiasis

用青蒿琥酯、吡喹酮对95例应不包块型肺吸虫病患者进行治疗．95例中，单纯性皮下包块患者61例,合并胸肺症状者29例，合并脑型者3例，有全身水肿2例．95例患者中用硫双二氯酚治疗疗效欠佳，再用吡喹酮治疗者12例：用吡喹酮与青蒿琥酯合用治疗者10例；单用吡喹酮治疗者73例．吡喹酮的用药剂量为100me／kg，3天分服，1天3次．间隔2天再服第2个疗程．治疗后3～12个月随访、90例患者症状和体征消失，5例好转．

95 patients of subcutaneous mass paragonimiasis were treated withpraziquantel, artesanate and bithionol. There were 61 cases only subcutaneous masssymptom, 29 cases concurrent pleuro-pulmonary symptom. 3 cases concurrent cerebralsymptom and 2 cases concurrent edema in the patiems. 12 cases were cured by treatmentwith praziquantel after bithionol treatment had faild, 10 cases treated with praziquantelunite with artesanate, 73 cases treated with praziquantel.In one course.the praziquantel ina total dose of 100/kg was goven with in 3 day (t·i·d/day ). After an interval of two day.the patients could be given an other course. 3-12 months later. 90 cases recovered fromthe disease,the rest cases had maked improvemant.
