探讨了用遥感技术结合计算机编制地形图的原理及所涉及到的坐标变换问题从航空像片直接获取象点上标数据，经过汁算机纠正，形成地面坐标数据，再转化成CAD图形文件数据格式，输出地形图．使用该系统具有成图速度快、精度高、成本低等优点．

This paper presents the principle of topographic map compilation and relevant coordinate transformation with remote sensing and computer. Coordinate of image is obtained from aerial photograph , corrected with computer, changed into coordinate of surfece features , then into CAD data.Topographic map is output. The advantage of this system is high - speed, high - precision, low cost.
