摘要
对甜菊塘中A3甙的分离提取方法进行了摸索，提出首先用甲醇结晶，然后浓缩母液以析晶，再用异而醇处理该析晶，利用溶解度差异分离A3甙的新方法．
The extraction work of stevioside A3 has been done, and a new way has been found.Concentrated the methanal extraction of Stevia powder, filtrated , then reflux in hot i- propanol. Theresidue is rebaudioside A.
