Filial Piety is the Political Foundation of Logical Spirit in Ancient China

在中国封建社会的政治实践中，孝是起支撑作用的伦理精神支柱。由于中国传统社会特有的历史发展道路所带来的血缘与政治关系合一、家国一体、伦理政治、家天下、家长制等历史特点，使孝这一家族伦理道德观念和规范成了传统政治统治的伦理精神基础，从而对古代政治的运作、制度。

In the political practice of China’s feudal society,filial piety was the mainstay of logical spirit which played a sustaining role.Owing to the fact that the Chinese traditional society had a special road of historical development,the relationship between ties of blood and politics combined into one,resulting in historical characteristics,that is ,and organic whole of family and state,logical politics,families everywhere,and patriarchal system.Filial piety,which was the logical moral mantality and standard of family,became the logical spiritual foundation of traditional political rule,which had an important and profound influence on the operation,system and legislation of politics in ancient China.
