摘要
文章概略地论述了历代封建王朝对边疆民族地区的屯垦开发情形，通过从秦代至清代对边疆民族地区的屯垦开发的研讨，探究古代对边疆民族地区实施的屯垦开发政策的价值及意义。
A brief introduction is given to the stationed troops opening up wasteland in all feudal dynasties.It is expected to have a research,through the study on it from Qin Dynasty to Qing Dynasty,on the value and significance of the policies issued for it in acient times.
