摘要
机器翻译是一门新兴的跨学科的前沿课题。本文主要从语言学和计算计算机科学的基本原理，论述了实现汉藏机器翻译的条件和设想。
Machine translation is a new transfiele forward subject. THe condition and supposition for the realization of Chinese Tibetan machine translation are discussed from the basic principles of linguistics and computer science.
