“One Country with Two Systems”:a Great Policy Decision with Far reaching Significance

本文结合香港历史问题的由来，阐述了邓小平同志为及时地正确地解决香港问题、恢复中国政府对香港行使主权所采取的重要措施，充分肯定了“一国两制”方针在其中所起到的积极作用，并进一步分析了“一国两制”方针是对马克思主义的补充和完善。同时，“一国两制”的方针与邓小平同志的“搁置争议，共同开发”等构想互为补充，为当今解决国际争端提供了重要的理论。

With the research on the origin of HongKong’s history,Deng Xiaoping’s measure to solve the HongKong issue correctly and timely and resume the sovereignty of the Chinese government over HongKong is discussed and the active role played by the principle of “One country with two systems” is highly affirmed.Moreover,the analysis is furthered in terms of the contribution made by the principle “One country with two systems” to Marxism.“One country with two systems” provides an important theory to solve international conflicts at present time, which makes a mutual compenstion with Deng Xiaoping’s other conception “put aside confrontation and focus on joint development”.
