摘要
本文从理论与实践的结合上对必要共同诉讼的特征、必要共同诉讼人的含义、必要共同诉讼人与第三人、必要共同诉讼与普通共同诉讼的区别作了系统论述。
The Characteristics of indespendensable colitigation, the meaning of indespendensable colitigant, the distinguish between independensable colitigant and third party, that between independensable colitigation and general colitigation are discussed in this paper.
