he author points out that historians have become used to looking at the problems of centralization of power from the sole angle of the relations between the central government and local authorities.But in fact during all dynasties the changes of the administrative pivot and the relations between such changes and the supreme rulers imposed strong impacts on the activities of centralization of power.The activities of centralization of power were deeply interrelated with many political and administrative factors.Thus historians should approach the problems concerning centralization of power from multiple angles.
