本文在考察国内外企业兴起、繁荣和衰败所面临生存问题的基础上，进一步论述中小企业、大型企业及经营较好企业的生存问题。从环境变动与管理者对环境变动的反应出发，剖析企业生存危机的原因。并论述了内部管理和企业生存目标对生存的意义。

Based on facts and historical data,this paper examines the survival problem faced by enterprises both at home and abroad.It discusses the survival of well managed middle sized and small sized as well as large sized enterprises.The causes for their suvival are examined from the point of view of environment changes and the response of managers.Finally,the paper also studies the significance of internal management and the enterprises survival goal.
