试论社会科学研究成果的价值特点及其评价原则

The Typical Value of the Achievement of Social Science Research and the Principles of Evaluation

社会科学研究成果的评价是科研管理中的难题。要解决这个问题，必须明确成果的界定，然后对成果的价值进行分析，找出成果评价的依据和方法。本文试图用价值论的原理和方法，探讨社会科学研究成果价值诸因素及其特点，指望给出评价此类成果的若干原则，以便对解决科研管理中经常遇到的成果评审、评奖等问题有所帮助。

The evaluation of the achievement of social science research is a hard nut to crack in the management of scientific research.To solve this problem,we must first define the achievement,then analyze its value,and find out the basis and methodology for its evaluation.This article,based on the principles of value theory,tries to examine the elements and their characteristics of the value of achievement in social science research,hoping to set up some principles for the evaluation of such achievement so as to help to solve the problems concerning assessment and prize awarding that often happen in achievement evaluation.
