Consideration of the Problems in the Management of Books and Reference Materials in Zhongshan University in View of the Characteristics of the Development in the Field of Literature and Information

本文探讨大学图书资料管理的问题。面对当代社会信息事业发展的信息载体多样化、信息工作社会化、信息管理科学化、二次文献工作强化的特点，中山大学图书资料管理存在体制、手段、服务水平、人员素质等多方面的问题，尽快解决这些问题是中山大学实现“九·五纲要”目标的重要因素之一。

In view of the characteristics of diversification of the information bearers,socialization of information work,scientific management of information,and intensification of the processing of literature,the problems in the management of books and reference materials in Zhongshan University become apparent in terms of the system,the means,the service and the quality of the staff.The solution of these problems has become very important for the accomplishment of the goals of Zhongshan University's 9th fiveyear plan.
