离婚是解除婚姻关系的法律手段。内地与澳门的法律都对离婚的形式、离婚的法定理由以及离婚的法律后果作了规定。总的说来，内地的法律比较简单，澳门的规定较为详尽，值得内地在修订《婚姻法》

Abstract Divorce is the legal means to renounce a marriage.Its formality,legal reasons and legal consequences are provided for by laws both in inland China and Macao.Generally and comparatively speaking,laws in inland China are simpler than those in Macao,and the latter are worth referring to in the revision of Marriage Law in inland China.
