内地与澳门婚姻财产制度比较研究

A Comparative Study of the Matrimonial Property Systems in Inland China and Macao

本文着重介绍和评析了澳门婚姻财产尤其是所得共有制、一般共有制及分别财产制，并以此为基础展开了内地与澳门婚姻财产制度的核心问题———夫妻财产所有权归属制度的比较分析。

Abstract This paper focuses on the matrimonial property system in Macao,especially on its Community of Property,Universal Community of Property and Separation of Property.It also makes a comparative study of the ownership of the married property in inland China and Macao,which is a key issue of matrimonial regime,and brings out the author's advice for legislation in inland China.
