优化法学硕士研究生课程设置的思考

Consideration of Improving the Curriculum for M.A.Students of Law

提高法律专业硕士研究生的培养质量，是我们教育机构和教育者应尽的职责。本文从课程设置及课程学习等方面提出了自己的一些看法，目的在于通过重视课程学习，优化课程结构，拓宽研究生知识面。

Abstract This paper presents some ideas about the improvement of the curriculum for M.A.students of law.It aims at the enhancement of the quality of M.A.students of law by laying greater emphasis on the syllabus design,a more reasonable structure of the curriculum and a broad horizon of knowledge.
