粤港澳区域经济联系与合作的再思考——兼论区域发展中平衡与非平衡的若干问题

Reconsideration of the Regional Economic Coordination and Cooperation among Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao

本文在分析粤港澳区域经济的发展中，着重研究港澳在大珠江三角洲的定位：“一国两制”的实施对１９９７和１９９９年后粤港澳区域经济发展中的资金、物资、技术和人力资源等要素互动的重要作用。在此基础上，作者提出通过营造相对平衡的发展机制。

Abstract By analyzing the regional economic development of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,this article focuses its study on the positions of Hong Kong and Macao in the Grand Pearl River Delta,and the important impact of the theory of“two social systems in one country”on the interaction of the important factors such us capital,resources,technology and labor force in the development of the regional economy in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao after 1997 and 1999.Based on his studies,the author renders a new idea of promoting the all round economic cooperation among Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao through the establishment of a relatively balanced mechanism of development.
