Develop Economy in Mountainous Areas and Boost Finance in Guangdong

经济决定财政，财政影响经济。山区财政困难已成为全省财政经济发展的制约因素，要振兴广东财政，必须改变山区财政状况。本文首先说明壮大山区经济，振兴山区财政的必要性与可能性，接着分析当前广东山区财政经济存在的问题，然后，提出发展山区经济。

Economy determines finance,and finance affects economy.The fiscal difficulty in mountainous areas has restricted the economic development of Guangdong province.In order to promote Guangdongs finance,the fiscal situation in its mountainous areas must be improved.By analyzing the current fiscal and economic problems of the mountainous areas in Guangdong,the author has made some suggestions for their solution.
