论东亚安全合作

摘要一、建立东亚安保体制的必要性与艰巨性建立东亚地区安全保障体制,对包括中国在内的所有相关国家都是十分必要的,对此多数国家也是有共识的,其必要性可归结以下几点: 其一,有益于促进该地区热点问题的解决。亚太地区一向是热点比较集中和多发地区之一,冷战结束后,该地区热点问题的政治解决有较大进展。
