球墨铸铁旋耕刀热处理及田间试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 拖拉机上的旋耕刀是农业机械上用得最多的耕作机具之一,它用于旋耕打土,易耗、易损.原为65Mn 钢锻造,需大量优质钢材,且工艺较繁。要经锻造、冲压、剪切和热处理等工序.因为生产周期较长,成本较高,致使市场上旋耕刀短缺.我们采用球墨铸铁铸造旋耕刀,只需铸造、热处理、钻孔三道工序.不但工艺简单,而且成本较低.经3个季节田耕作试验,已经达到并超过65Mn 钢旋耕刀的使用寿命. Tuning and ploughing knife of tractor is one of the farming tools used most in farming machinery,which is used to turn,plough and smash earth,They are susceptible to weer and teer.Formerly they were made from SAE1065,which were forged.This method reguires a lot of high grade steel,and its process is complex involing forging,press forming,shearing and heat treatment,etc.Owing to the fact that production periods are long and the produc- tion costs are high turning and ploughing knives lack seriously in market.We found a method of making turning and ploughing knives from nodular iron which needs only three processes foundry,heat treatment and drilling holes.The processes are simple,and the pro- duction costs are low.The life expectancy of turning and ploughing knives made of nodular iron have reached and surpassed that of SAE1065 afeld field experiment in three seasons.
