摘要
在SD大鼠过度训练型上,采用RM—6200型多导生理记录仪、HITACHI H—600透射电镜、EDAX—9100型能谱分析仪及紫外可见分光光度计,对大鼠左室压力瞬时最大加速度(d^2p/dt^2max)、心肌SOD活性以及心肌组织结构变化,心肌细胞线粒体和肌浆网钙元素浓度变化进行了观察与测试。结果表明,过度训练可造成心肌结构变化异常,心肌细胞线粒体钙超载,细胞膜系统受捐,心肌收缩性能下降,心脏发生病理性肥大。
Changes in left ventricle d2p/dt2max, myocardium SOD activity and calcium content in cardiac muscle cell mitochondrion and sarcoplasmic were studied on overtrained models of SD rats under conditions of RM-6200 polygraph, H-600 TEM, EDAX-9100 energy spectrum analysis and ultraviolet spectropho-tometer. The results showed that overtraining could lead to overload of calcium in cardiac muscle cell mitochondrion, injuries in cell membrane system, and decline of myocardial contractility which might turn the heart to pathological hypertrophy.
