香港回归与“一国两制”

On Hong Kong's Return to the Motherland and the Concept of "One Country,Two Systems

邓小平提出的“一国两制”构想不仅解决了香港问题，也为和平解决复杂的国际争端提供了新的思路。在香港成功地实现“一国两制”，丰富了具有中国特色的社会主义内涵，也为和平解决台湾问题，实现祖国的统一树立了榜样。“一国两制”是中国政府将长期执行的基本国策。香港与内地的经济联系日益密切，在香港当地又涌现了大批热爱祖国、热爱香港、具有管理能力的人才，这一切保证了“一国两制”必将在香港取得成功。

The initiative of 'one country, two systems' put forward by Mr. Deng Xiaoping not only removes problems concerning the issue of Hong Kong, but also provides a new approach for peaceful settlement of complicated international disputes. A successful practice of 'one country, two systems' in Hong Kong will definitely enrich connotation of Chinese-style socialism, and set an example for reunification of the motherland by peaceful settlement of the Taiwan Question- 'One country, two systems' is the basic policy of the Chinese Government which will be pursued for a long time to come. More closer links between Hong Kong and mainland in their economic activities will be built, and in Hong Kong more and more patriotic people, who are in deep love for Hong Kong and with management skills, will emerge in large groups. All of this assures a successful practice in Hong Kong of 'one country, two systems'.
