如何判断世界形势和如何估量有关国家的发展前景和对外战略，是影响中俄美三国相互关系的两个因素。三国对国际形势的认识有同有异。相互间的评估存在基本相符或不大相符两个方面。目前三组双边关系的发展不大平衡。中俄关系更为平稳。中美和俄美关系分别同时存在积极面和消极面，均非高枕无忧。但三国之间存在不少共同利益和增进关系的共同愿望。三组双边关系间的相互作用已与冷战时期的中美苏大三角关系完全不同。

How to determine the international situation, and how to evaluate development prospects of the countries concerned and their foreign policy strategies, these are two factors affecting evolving relationship among China, Russia and the United States. These countries have both similar and different viewpoints on world situation. As for their respective evaluations on the other two countries, it should be said that some perspectives are basically in line while others are not. The development of the three groups of bilateral relations are not on a par, among which Sino-Russian relations are more stable- Sino-US relations and Russian-US relations are by no means trouble-free with both positive and negative factors remain in existence. However China, Russia and the United States .have many common interests and they share a similar desire for an enhanced relationship. Interactions among three groups of bilateral relations differ completely in nature from the Cold-War triangle relationship.
