对我国承担2000年奥运会男子体操比赛后备人才现状的研究

Study on Men's Talent Reserves of Chinese Gymnasts for the 2000 Olympic Games

运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家调查等方法,对我国承担2000年奥运会男子体操比赛后备人才的现状进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:我国现役后备运动员仅为2000年奥运会提供了适宜年龄与人数的可选拔的人才资源,要组织一支能够在2000年奥运会上夺得团体、全能及部分单项冠军的队伍,还必须开发潜能,以制胜规律为指导,辩证认识规则的导向作用,开拓创新,保持先进技术水平,提高整体实力,使我国男子体操技术水平与世界技术水平保持同步发展。

The present situation of men's talent reserves of Chinese gymnasts for the 2000 Olympic Games was studied based on questionnaire , experts interview and documents research. The results revealed that as far as age and number of talents are concerned, the reserve has provided enough talents to be selected for the Games, but to get gold medals in most events, we still need to exploit potentialities, have a correct and proper understanding of the guidance function of the rules, renovate new techniques, and keep in pace with the advanced technique development of the world.
