摘要
社会保障水平是社会保障体系的核心内容之一,它直接关系着社会保障体系发展的方向和效果。本文从人口学和经济学角度出发,提炼出社会保障适度水平数理模型,并对中外现有社会保障水平进行了具体测度,进而提出了中国社会保障水平适度发展策略和方法。
Being a core content of social security system, social security level is directly related to the orientation and results of development of social security system. With a perspective of demography and economics, this paper hae refined a mathematical model for optimum level of social security, and has measured the current level of social security both in China and abroad, and furthermore, has proposed strategies and approaches for optimal development of ths social security level in China.
