高效液相色谱-四级杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱研究人工“无抗奶”中青霉素类药物的降解产物 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究人工"无抗奶"中青霉素类药物的降解产物。方法牛奶中的青霉素类药物经抗生素分解剂降解,采用乙腈-水(4:1,v:v)沉淀蛋白及提取后,采用高效液相色谱-四级杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱对降解后的产物进行定性研究,确定残留标识物,并进行检测。结果几种青霉素类药物的残留标识物分别为相应的青霉噻唑酸及去羧青霉噻唑酸,对人工"无抗奶"的鉴别浓度低限为10μg/kg。结论此方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,可作为人工"无抗奶"的鉴别方法。 Objective To study degradation products of penicillins in artificial“non-anti-milk”. Methods The penicillins in milk were borken down by β-Lactamases. After protein precipitation, the residues were ex-tracted with acetonitrile:water (4:1, v:v) solution, qualitatively detected by high performance liquid chromato-graphy-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbit trap high-resolution mass spectrometry. Results The residues of penicillins in artificial“non-anti-milk”were penicilloic acids and penilloic acids, and the limit of detection was 10μg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple, fast, and highly sensitive, and it is suitable for the identification of artificial“non-anti-milk”.
