烟草抑芽剂残留检测技术研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着人们对烟草危害的关注与日俱增,烟草中有害物质的残留也成为了科研工作者研究的重点之一。抑芽剂是烟草生产中广泛应用的控制烟草腋芽的植物生长调节剂,相比于人工去芽,抑芽剂会在抑芽的同时残留在烟草的叶片当中,具有一定的危害,因此加强对烟草抑芽剂残留的检测技术开发非常必要。本文概述了近几年来烟草抑芽剂的检测技术,较为全面地阐述了烟草中抑芽剂残留的样品前处理技术和检测技术进展,展望了烟草抑芽剂残留的检测技术发展趋势。 Due to the people pay attention to pesticide residues in tobacco increasing, residues of harmful pesticide on tobacco become a key that the researcher studied. The sucker controlling agent is a plant growth regulator of widespread used, which can control the growth of lateral bud. Compare with manual removal, the sucker controlling agent will residues in tobacco leaves and is harmful. It is necessary to strengthen the study and the detection techniques on tobacco inhibitor. In this paper, we described the methods of sample pre-treatment and detection of pesticide residues on tobacco in recent years and put forward the development trend in the sucker controlling agent residues on tobacco determination in future.
