部分遗传性皮肤病的典型表现被引量：1

摘要胶样婴儿(collodion baby):属混合型遗传疾病.皮损广泛,屈侧尤重,鳞屑大而厚.病情可在脱屑后减轻、恢复,亦可长期不愈.患儿被一层棕黄色、反光的火棉胶样薄膜所包绕,已出现薄片状脱屑,肢体屈曲状(图1a);上、下肢和手指呈半屈曲状,有轻度睑外翻(图1b).
