摘要
根据GenBank登录的PRRSVORF7、PCV 2ORF1基因及PRVTK基因的核苷酸序列设计合成引物 ,建立了分别用于检测PRRSV、PRV及PCV 2的RT PCR及PCR方法。应用该方法对 77份可疑病料进行了检测 ,以调查猪群中PCV 2与PRRSV和 (或 )PRV混合感染情况。结果表明 ,2 4份样品表现为PRRSV与PCV 2混合感染 ,占样品总数的 31.2 % ;17份样品检测为PRRSV与PRV混合感染 ;9份样品表现为PCV 2与PRV混合感染 ,占 11.7% ;另外 ,还有一定比例的三重感染 ,共 8个样品 ,占 10 .4 %。结果显示 ,猪群中PRRSV、PRV与PCV
According to the published genomic sequences of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), pseudorabies virus (PRV) and porcine circovirus (PCV),3 pairs of primers were designed in the investigation respectively. With the primers, the RT-PCR method was set up for detecting PRRSV and the PCR methods were set up for detecting PRV and PCV, respectively. With the established methods, 77 clinical samples from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian and Shandong provinces of China were tested for the presence of PRRSV, PRV and PCV. The results showed that the percentages of (coinfections) of PRRSV with PCV-2, PRRSV with PRV,PRV with PCV-2, and PRRSV with PRV and (PCV-2) were 31.2% (24/77), 22.1% (17/77), 11.7%(9/77) and (10.4%(8/77)), respectively. The above-(mentioned) results indicated that the coinfections between or among the viruses were very prevalent in the above-mentioned provinces.
